Shipping and Handling

Once you place an order, you will receive a verification email or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order confirmation and accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment.
We offer 3 modes of shipping,

Standard Delivery (Karachi only) is charged at PKR 150 and your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Express Delivery (Karachi only) is charged at PKR 250 and your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Standard Delivery (outside Karachi) is charged at PKR 250 and your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Goods will be delivered to the address designated by you at the time of ordering.
Youniform.co give great care to deliver in a timely manner. No responsibility is taken for late delivery by Youniform.co due to any reason.
Youniform.co will make every effort to deliver within the time stated. However, Youniform.co will not be liable for any loss caused to you by ordering or receiving the order late.
Youniform.co aim to deliver the product to you at the place and within the duration of delivery mentioned in your order. However, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by Youniform.co.
All risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ natural calamity/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order. Youniform.co reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.

To process your exchange, you must contact our customer service center with images of the defected or wrong product at support@youniform.co or WhatsApp us on +92 300 0433676 (between 9:30am-6:00pm) or our Instagram Handle https://www.instagram.com/youniform.co within 3 days of receiving your order. You can also fill the details in COMPLAINT / EXCHANGE FORM.
For processing exchange, please note that the product should be in an unused condition with the Youniform tag intact. We will also require the Purchase Invoice along with the product.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
Customer is responsible to send the product which needs to be exchanged at the address mentioned in the inovice.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
Exchange process will take 7-10 working days.
Delivery Charges will apply on Exchanges.

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. If you have paid for the order online and later you cancel the order before it is processed, then your money will be refunded to you within 15 days. Otherwise, we have a “No Refund Policy”.
If you cancel the order, once it is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information, and thereafter the ‘Exchange Policy’ will apply.

Youniform may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: pricing errors or credit card payment has been declined by the issuing financial institution.
