Yes, you require an account to place an order on our website and/or application.

  • Your account will maintain your billing and shipping information, and order checkout will be faster
  • You will be able to revisit your past orders in the history of the order
  • An account is required to facilitate returns & order cancellations
  • Account members will receive updates on the latest promotions and newsletters

To create an account, select the account icon placed at the top right corner of the website’s main page. Select ‘Create an Account’ option and enter your details to register.

Click on ‘Reset My Password’ and a password reset link will be shared on your email address. After clicking on the link, you can enter and save your new password.

To place your order, you must do the following steps:

  • Once you have selected your products on our website or application, select the ‘Add to Bag’ option to place your products in your shopping bag
  • Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  • Select your Shipping and Billing address
  • Select your Payment Method
 

For Registered Customer

  • A pop up will appear where you will have to Sign-in to your account
  • Review your order
  • Click on “Place Order”
  • Your Order has been placed!
 

For Unregistered Customer

  • A pop up will appear where you will have to Create your account by clicking on “New Account”
  • Review your order
  • Click on “Place Order”
  • Your Order has been placed!
Click on the ‘Resend’ option. If this still does not work, try creating your account again.
Click on the ‘Search Icon’ at the top right corner of the website’s main page and type what you’re looking for.
You will receive a confirmation from us on your registered number and email address.

To modify your existing Order, call on our helpline tel:+92 300 0433676 to inquire about the status of your order. Our representative will let you know if you can still modify it or not.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order Tracking Link on your registered contact number and email address. You can always visit link to check the status of your order and track it. You can also track your order on the Order History Page by logging in to your account.
To place an order as a Gift, you can provide the different delivery address where you wish your order to be delivered and pay for your order online. However, there will no special packaging or otherwise will be provided for or with the order.

To process your exchange, you must contact our customer service center with images of the defective or wrong product at support@youniform.co or fill in the Complaints/Exchange form within 7 days of receiving your order. You can also call us at tel:+92 300 0433676

For processing exchange, please note that the product should be in an unused condition with the intact price label. We will also require the Purchase Invoice along with the product.

Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
